Emma was fantastic, really listened to what I wanted and is clearly a very skilled hairdresser. She understood that I needed a strategy to transition until I feel ready to go grey and she had a number of options for me. The whole thing was a wonderful experience and I love the result. Also the head massaging, done by the person who rinsed my hair, sorry have forgotten her name, was brilliant!
