Meet Esther, the Eden mascot.
When our move to the DKSN building was confirmed, we knew we wanted to have a special sculpture or piece of public art outside our new salon location. We wanted the sculpture to truly represent Eden Hair Energy. And so the search began.
We were delighted to come across Gillie and Marc, where we initially were obsessing over their bronze sculptures. But then we saw Esther amongst their collection, and it was love at first sight. As such, Esther joined our family in 2018 in celebration of and preparation for our move.
Esther was the perfect fit for Eden Hair Energy with her luscious green foliage representing our dedication to sustainability and the ‘garden-esque’ feel of our brand. At Eden, our mission is to support cruelty free products, and a bunny is often used to symbolise that a product has not been tested on animals. Esther is divinely feminine and wears her beauty in her own unique way.
After moving to our new location, we found that with high traffic and wind gusts, outside was no place for our lovely lady. So, she is now an inside bunny who graces the different areas of the inside of our salon.
So, there you have it – the story of Esther the bunny, who is here to stay.
